Passed EIA proficiency
NEHL just received notice that we once again passed this year's EIA proficiency test sent to us by the USDA-APHIS. We were 100% correct in all of the test samples sent to us.

Two more USDA-certified techs
Amanda Lopez and Amanda Zangrilli have successfully completed the EIA course in Ames, Iowa for both ELISA and AGID testing of horse serum for Equine Infectious Anemia. Congratulations to both of you!

VSPS registered Lab!
New England Horse Labs has become the latest Lab to be registered with the USDA's VSPS (Veterinary Services Process Streamlining) system. This system allows any registered equine veterinarian to submit EIA forms on-line, using digital photos. This service is offered to encourage paperless certificates. Call us to find out more about this free service.

We've upgraded our database. All of our customers can now search for their past EIA's by using either the accession number or date signed out.

Passed CEM proficiency
NEHL just received notice that we once again passed this year's CEM proficiency test sent to us by the USDA-APHIS. All labs must pass this test in order to perform CEM testing.
